CRC's 2024 guidance estimates exclude the pending Aera Merger. The Company intends to update guidance after the transaction closes.
Following the March 2024 Court of Appeals decision in the Kern County Environmental Impact Report matter, CRC expects its 2024 capital program to range between $200 million and $240 million under current permitting conditions.
