- According to the Nasdaq notice, LKCO did not timely file its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2023.
- LKCO has until July 1 to submit a plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq listing rules.
- The company plans to file its 2023 annual report or submit the compliance plan within the prescribed 60-day period.
- LKCO added that the Nasdaq notice has no immediate impact on the listing of its ordinary shares.
