SolarBank宣布修改并重述市场股权计划

- SolarBank (NASDAQ:SUUN) on Thursday said it has entered into an amended and restated equity distribution agreement with Research Capital and Research Capital USA to amend the company's existing at-the-market equity program.
- The agreement restates and supersedes the previous equity distribution agreement, dated June 29, 2023, between the company and RCC to expand the prior Canadian at-the-market equity program to the U.S.
- Under the agreement, the company may issue common shares of the company having an aggregate offering price of up to $15M under the ATM Program.
- SUUN -3.14% after hours to $5.85.
