Russell Microcap：新增7家房地产公司，剔除5家

- Mobile Infrastructure Corporation Common Stock(BEEP) 0
- Net Lease Office Properties(NLOP#) 0
- Net Lease Office Properties Common Shares of Beneficial Interest(NLOP) 0
- Seven new real estate companies will be added to the Russell Microcap Index, while five will be removed, as part of the 2024 Russell indexes annual reconstitution.
- Additions are Latam Logistic Properties (LPA), Mobile Infrastructure (BEEP), Net Lease Office Properties (NLOP), Offerpad Solutions (OPAD), The Real Brokerage (REAX), reAlpha Tech (AIRE) and Strawberry Fields REIT (STRW).
- Deletions are FingerMotion (FNGR), Forestar Group (FOR), The GEO Group (GEO), Income Opportunity Realty Investors (IOR) and Sotherly Hotels (SOHO).
- The annual reconstitution will take effect after market close on June 28.
