- Brooge Energy (NASDAQ:BROG) said on Wednesday it had received a Nasdaq notice stating that the company was not in compliance with the stock exchange's listing rules.
- According to the Nasdaq notice, BROG has not yet filed its Form 20-F for the period ended December 31, 2023.
- BROG added that the Nasdaq notice does not impact its listing on the Nasdaq at this time.
- The company said it had been unable to file the 2023 Form 20-F, partly due to a board restructure on December 15, 2023, and because it was deeply involved in the final stages of the Proposed Acquisition process.
- As part of the Proposed Acquisition process, BROG said it was considering and evaluating a potential delisting from Nasdaq.
