ICC Holdings确认史迪威集团撤回董事会提名

- ICC Holdings (NASDAQ:ICCH) confirmed that the Stilwell Group withdrew the nomination of its principal, Joseph Stilwell, for election to the ICC Holdings board at ICCH's 2024 annual meeting scheduled for June 14, 2024.
- That leaves current directors James R. Dingman, John R. Klockau, and Gerald J. Pepping as the only eligible nominees for the board, the company said on Tuesday.
- On Monday, ICC Holdings (ICCH), a regional multi-line property and casualty insurance company focusing the food and beverage industry, agreed to be acquired by Mutual Capital Group and Mutual Capital Holdings (MCH) for ~$73.8M in cash.
