- Avinger (NASDAQ:AVGR) priced its offering of 3,614,457 shares of common stock and accompanying series warrants at a combined public offering price of $1.66 per share.
- Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $6M before deducting the placement agent's fees and other offering expenses payable by the company.
- Proceeds from the series warrants, if fully exercised on a cash basis, will be about $18M.
- The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
- Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about June 17, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions
- Shares of Avinger Group (AVGR) gained over 1.81% premarket on Friday.
