Online retailer and supplier of consumer home, garden, and pet products, iPower (NASDAQ:IPW) entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement for the purchase and sale of ~2.08M shares at a purchase price of $2.40 per share.
Warrants to purchase up to ~2.08M shares with an exercise price of $2.40 per share with a term of five years.
The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about June 18, 2024.
The gross proceeds are expected to be ~$5M.
Net proceeds will be deployed to pursue growth strategies, including potential merger and acquisition activities, and general corporate purposes.
The stock price dipped 25% on Monday during pre-market hours of trade.
