Tegna宣布Michael Steib担任首席执行官

- Tegna (NYSE:TGNA) announced on Monday that Michael Steib will take over as CEO, president, and director, as of August 12, 2024.
- The company added that he would take over from David Lougee, who would retire from his roles and stay on as senior advisor.
- Steib is currently CEO of Artsy, after serving as president and CEO of XO Group, parent company of wedding resource planner The Knot.
- The board also appointed two new independent directors, Catherine Dunleavy and Denmark West.
