Great Elm Capital按净资产价值出售1000万股股票，筹集1200万美元

- Great Elm Capital (NASDAQ:GECC) issued ~10M shares of its common stock at current net asset value of $12.03 per share, raising total gross proceeds of $12M, to Prosper Peak Holding LLC, Great Elms said on Monday.
- The $12.03-per-share price represents a 19% premium to the stock's closing price of $10.08 on Friday.
- Great Elm Group, the parent of GECC's investment manager, made a $3M investment to further align it with shareholders, it added.
- “We have raised $38M of nondilutive equity year-to-date, bolstering our efforts to expand the platform,” said GECC CEO Matt Kaplan. “Our gross net asset value by dollars has grown by nearly 80% since management and the board were refreshed in March 2022, benefiting our shareholders as we leverage our infrastructure and build out our portfolio verticals.”
