- Rain Enhancement Technologies said it is looking to become a publicly traded company through a SPAC deal with Coliseum Acquisition (NASDAQ:MITA).
- The firm has a pre-closing valuation of $45M, and after the closing of the deal, the combined company will be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “RAIN.”
- Rain Enhancement Technologies' management team, led by CEO Chris Riley, will continue to lead the public company following the transaction.
