Intrepid Potash任命Barth Whitham为董事会主席

- Intrepid Potash (NYSE:IPI) on Wednesday said that it had elected Barth Whitham as its board chair.
- The company also added that it has initiated a search process to identify a successor for its CEO, Bob Jornayvaz.
- During this process, the company's CFO Matt Preston will continue to serve as acting principal executive officer.
