Loar将以3.85亿美元收购Applied Avionics

- Loar (NYSE:LOAR) said it will acquire Applied Avionics for $385 million in cash.
- The company expects Applied Avionics sales and adjusted core profit for the year ending December 31 to be ~$40 million and $21 million, respectively.
- LOAR expects to receive tax benefits of ~$45 million as a result of the deal.
