空气产品公司在管理层改组中罢免了首席运营官Serhan

Air Products & Chemicals (NYSE:APD) said Monday that Samir Serhan has resigned as COO effective immediately, as part of a realignment in senior management.

Air Products (APD) said it formed a senior management board led by Chairman and CEO Seifi Ghasemi that includes nearly a dozen other executives from around the world who will report directly to Ghasemi.

The company said the move is aimed at boosting its strategy of optimizing and growing its core industrial gases business while advancing the global energy transition through clean hydrogen.
