BranchOut Food宣布首席执行官主导投资392.5万美元

- BranchOut Food (NASDAQ:BOF) has closed a $0.53M investment in the Co. led by its CEO, Eric Healy, who invested $0.4M, with Eagle Vision Fund investing $0.1M, and the Co.’s President investing $25K, in exchange for the issuance of 0.69M shares of common stock.
- In addition, the Co. closed a convertible note for $3.4M with Kaufman Kapital.
- The capital will be used to complete the build out of the Company’s large-scale production facility in Peru, including for its 3rd and 4th Radiant Energy Vacuum machines built by EnWave (ENW:CA).
- The Co. expects the new factory to be online starting in Q4 and to have ~$40M in production capacity and estimated margins of 40-50%.
