- Nature's Miracle Holding (NASDAQ:NMHI) has announced the pricing of a public offering of 5M units consisting of (i) one share of common stock, par value $0.0001/share and (ii) one Series A Warrant to purchase one share at a public offering price of $0.24 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $1.2M.
- The underwriter has been granted an option, exercisable within 45 days after the closing of this offering, to purchase shares at a price of $0.24 per share and/or warrants at a price of $0.01/Warrant.
- Also, any combination of additional shares of common stock and Warrants, representing, in the aggregate, up to 15% of the number of Units sold in this offering and 15% of the Warrants underlying the Units sold in this offering.
- The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about July 29, 2024.
- NMHI -42.1% premarket to $0.23.
