- Cantor Fitzgerald upgraded Universal Health Services (NYSE:UHS) to neutral, commenting that it was “incrementally bullish” on the acute segment.
- The investment bank said that it believed the “bear case has been overweighed in the valuation."
- “We recognize the levers bulls see that can be pulled for margin recovery, but remain at Neutral because we are still concerned that the labor shortage in psych could intensify over time given the wage differential to acute and retirement cycle,” Cantor analysts wrote in their note.
- Cantor raised its price target for the stock to $219 from $162.
