AEye与New Circle达成股票购买协议

AEye Inc Ordinary Shares - Class A(LIDR) 0

AEye (NASDAQ:LIDR) said it has entered into a common stock purchase agreement with New Circle Principal Investments.
Under the terms of the agreement, the company will have the right to sell to New Circle up to $50 million of its common stock from time-to-time over the 36-month term.
The company expects to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
