美联储采取执法行动后，客户Bancorp股价暴跌

- Customers Bancorp (NYSE:CUBI) stock slumped 16% in late morning trading on Thursday after the Federal Reserve issued an enforcement action against the bank, saying the company isn't doing enough to manage risk and compliance of anti-money laundering and customer due diligence related to its digital asset services.
- The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia identified "significant deficiencies" related to Customers Bancorp's (CUBI) risk management practice and compliance with laws and regulations, the Fed said.
- The bank has agreed to submit to the Fed within 60 days a plan to strengthen board oversight of the management and operations of its compliance with Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements and OFAC regulations.
- The plan must include ways to improve risk management of CUBI's digital asset strategy; a system to control and ensure compliance with BSA/AML requirements; and policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the bank collects, analyzes, and keeps complete information for all customers, among other things, the Federal Reserve said.
