- Aditxt (NASDAQ:ADTX) has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain institutional investors for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 1.13M shares of common stock in a registered direct offering priced ATM.
- The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be ~$1.2M.
- The Co. intends to use $0.5M of the net proceeds from the offering to fund certain obligations under its Amended and Restated Merger Agreement with Evofem Biosciences and the remainder for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
- The offering is expected to close on or about August 9, 2024.
- ADTX -4.8% premarket to $1.19.
