- MIRA Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:MIRA) has filed for a $100M mixed shelf offering composed of common stock, preferred stock, warrants and units, it said in a filing.
- The up to $19,268,571 of common stock that may be offered, issued, and sold under the sales agreement prospectus is included in the $100,000,000 of securities that may be offered, issued, and sold by MIRA Pharmaceuticals (MIRA) under the base prospectus.
- The specific terms of any securities to be offered pursuant to the base prospectus other than the shares under the sales agreement will be specified in a prospectus supplement to the base prospectus.
