Delek Logistics Partners将提供1亿美元的额外高级票据

- Delek Logistics Partners (NYSE:DKL) said it is looking to offer $100 million in aggregate principal amount of additional 8.625% senior notes due 2029 in a private placement.
- The company said the additional notes will be issued under the same indenture as the $650 million in aggregate principal amount of 8.625% senior notes due 2029 issued by the issuers on March 13, and the $200 million in aggregate principal amount of 8.625% senior notes due 2029 issued by the issuers on April 12.
- The firm expects to use the net proceeds to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
