- Andersons (NASDAQ:ANDE) said its COO Bill Krueger will succeed Pat Bowe as CEO and president, effective, October 1.
- Bowe, who had joined the firm in 2015, will remain as the company's chair.
- Krueger had joined the company in 2019 as part of its acquisition of Lansing Trade, where he served as president and CEO for nearly 14 years.
