- Premier (NASDAQ:PINC) said it has appointed Glenn Coleman as its CFO and chief administrative officer, effective November 11
- Coleman, who has more than three decades of experience, will succeed Craig McKasson in the role.
- McKasson will retire on December 31, and will serve as a strategic advisor to the company through 2026.
- Coleman currently serves as the finance chief and executive vice president of Dentsply Sirona (XRAY).
- Separately, PINC beat its quarterly top and bottom line estimates.
