Socket Mobile (NASDAQ:SCKT) said it has completed a net secured subordinated convertible note financing of $1M.
The company said the proceeds will be used to increase its working capital balances.
The notes, which have a three-year term and will mature on August 21, 2027, bear an interest rate of 10%, payable quarterly in cash.
