Healthcare Realty扩大与KKR的合资企业，增加额外房产

- Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE:HR) said on Monday that it is expanding its joint venture with KKR (KKR), with the contribution of $118M worth of additional properties.
- The contribution of additional properties to the JV generates ~$94M of proceeds.
- The healthcare REIT said the JV value is now approaching $500M.
- As disclosed in July, the company also has additional asset sales and JV transactions under contract or LOI that are expected to increase proceeds to more than $1B. Most of these transactions are expected to be completed in Q3.
- "The expansion of our joint venture with KKR shows continued progress towards our goal of generating more than $1 billion of proceeds from asset sale and JV transactions," said CEO Todd Meredith.
