- Inspire Veterinary Partners (NASDAQ:IVP), operator of pet health care services across U.S. said on Tuesday it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Vetsie.ai, an AI software to help veterinary professionals.
- The LOI is for initial negotiations regarding the terms of a potential transaction.
- Under the terms of the transaction, Inspire may Acquire Vetsie.ai in an all- stock transaction.
- The acquisition would be completed without the need for any operating capital infusion from Inspire for the first fiscal year.
- IVP shares were up about 12% in Tuesday pre-market trading.
