Solidion Technology私募股权定价为400万美元

- Solidion Technology (NASDAQ:STI) has entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors to raise ~$4M in aggregate cash proceeds.
- In connection with the private placement, the Co. will issue an aggregate of ~12.22M units and pre-funded units.
- Each unit and pre-funded unit will consist of one share of common stock, two common warrants each exercisable for one share of common stock at an exercise price of $0.3274 per share and one common warrant at an exercise price of $0.0001 to purchase such amount of shares of common stock as will be determined on the Reset Date.
- The net proceeds will be used primarily for general working capital and administrative purposes.
- The closing of the private placement is expected to occur on Sept. 3, 2024.
