Masco以1.25亿美元出售其Kichler Lighting业务

- Masco Corporation (NYSE:MAS) said on Tuesday it has signed an agreement to sell its Kichler Lighting business to an affiliate of Kingswood Capital Management for about $125M.
- Kichler Lighting is a provider of decorative residential and light commercial lighting products.
- Kingswood Capital Management, a private investment firm, owns Progress Lighting, also a provider of residential and light commercial decorative lighting solutions.
- The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of the year.
