- Osisko Development (NYSE:ODV) on Wednesday announced a non-brokered private placement of units of Osisko Development at a price of $1.80, with each unit consisting of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share at a price of $3.00 per warrant share for a period of 60 months following the closing date.
- The closing date of the offering is expected to occur on or about September 23.
- The company intends to use the net proceeds towards the advancement of its Cariboo Gold Project and Tintic Project, and for general corporate purposes.
- ODV +1.5% after hours to $2.02.
