VOXX International关闭国内配件业务销售

- VOXX International (NASDAQ:VOXX) said it has closed the deal with Talisman Brands to sell its domestic accessories business for a total consideration of ~$25 million.
- The deal was closed on August 31.
- The firm also said it has sold its premium audio brands Jamo and Energy to Rayleigh Lab and Cinemaster, including inventory, for ~$3.2 million.
