- AST SpaceMobile (NASDAQ:ASTS) fell 10.2% in early trade as the company filed a prospectus related to an equity distribution agreement for the potential sale of up to $400M Class A common stock.
- Separately, the company also filed a prospectus related to a mixed shelf offering.
- This prospectus is not an offer to sell these securities.
- The firm had closed 12% higher on Wednesday after it said that the launch of its upcoming satellites is targeted on or after September 12 from Cape Canaveral, Florida.
- Shares of the company have rocketed 390.6% since the start of the year.
