卡姆登财产信托第三季度迄今同一房产出租率上升

- Camden Property Trust (NYSE:CPT), an apartment REIT, provided a business update for its Q3 through Aug. 31, 2024 that showed its same-property occupancy rate increased from the past two quarters and same-property blended lease rental rate crept up.
- Q3-to-date same-property occupancy rate increased to 95.6% from 95.3% in Q2 and 95.0% in Q1.
- Same-property blended lease rate, on a date signed basis, rose 0.4% in Q3-to-date vs. +0.8% in Q2 and -0.9% in Q1.
- On a date effective basis, same-property blended rates rose 1.0% in Q3 vs. 0.0% in the prior quarter and -1.1% in Q1 2024.
- Same-property new lease rates declined in each of the last three quarters, both on date signed and date effective bases.
