- Edible Garden (NASDAQ:EDBL) filed to offer ~4.67M units at an assumed public offering price of $1.07 per unit.
- Each unit will consist of one share of common Stock or one pre-funded warrant one warrant to purchase up to one share. Each warrant will have an assumed exercise price of $1.07 per share.
- Gross proceeds are expected to be $5M.
- The company is currently in compliance with Nasdaq’s rule because our stockholders’ equity is less than the required minimum of $2.5M, and it does not satisfy an alternative compliance standard.
