ProStar将通过私募筹集200万加元

- ProStar (OTCQB:MAPPF) said it is looking to raise C$2M through a non-brokered private placement.
- The offering will include up to 12.5M units at C$0.16 apiece. Each unit will consist of one share, and one share purchase warrant.
- Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share at C$0.22 per apiece.
