Reliance Global表示关闭Spetner Associates所需现金减少

Reliance Global (NASDAQ:RELI) said the required upfront cash payment for its acquisition of Spetner Associates has been reduced by $2 million,
The firm added the deal remains on track to close in the second half of 2024.
"As such, we believe the new terms are substantially improved for our shareholders, and provide us greater flexibility in how we fund the transaction—in order to minimize dilution and maximize returns," said chair Ezra Beyman.
