- Soluna Holdings (NASDAQ:SLNH) said on Monday it has entered into a $25M standby equity purchase agreement with a fund managed by Yorkville Advisors Global.
- The financing will enable the company to fund its critical AI operations and data center development activities, deploy additional capital into projects, retire its existing convertible notes, and to strengthen its balance sheet.
- The financing is unsecured, with a one-year term and 0% interest, free from warrants or other financial instruments.
