AmpliTech希望通过股票发行筹集100万美元

- AmpliTech (NASDAQ:AMPG) said Monday that it will undertake a registered direct offering to raise gross proceeds of about $1 million.
- The company said it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor for the issuance and sale of 1.37 million shares at $0.7302 per share.
- AMPG stock was down about 5.13% on Tuesday.
- The offering is expected to close on or about September 11, 2024.
