- Liquidia (NASDAQ:LQDA) said it has priced its underwritten public offering and private placement, which is expected to raise $67.5 million.
- The firm has offered 6.46M shares at $8.9 apiece.
- The company has also entered into a common stock purchase agreement with funds managed by Caligan Partners LP for the sale of 1.12M shares at $8.90 apiece in a private placement.
- The company has also entered into a fifth amendment to the Revenue Interest Financing Agreement with HealthCare Royalty to fund an additional $32.5 million.
- Shares +5.2% in premarket trade.
