MDJM将通过私募筹集245万美元

- MDJM (NASDAQ:MDJH) said on Wednesday that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors to raise approximately $2.45M in aggregate proceeds.
- As part of the private placement, the company will issue an aggregate of 2.72M units. The purchase price per unit is $0.90.
- Each unit will consist of one ordinary share, one Series A warrant, each exercisable into one ordinary share at an exercise price of $1.35 per ordinary share.
