美国铁塔关闭印度业务出售

American Tower (NYSE:AMT) said it has closed the sale of its 100% equity interests in its operations in India to Data Infrastructure Trust.
The firm said the total cash proceeds to the company were ~$2.5B.
Due to the closing of the deal, the results with ATC India will now be reported as discontinued operations.
The firm expects the current outlook midpoints for total property revenue and total adjusted core profit, are $10,830 million and $7,185 million, respectively.
The total AFFO attributable to AMT shareholders per diluted share is $10.48 per share.
