- Centessa Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:CNTA) has priced an upsized underwritten public offering of 15.25M ADS, each representing one ordinary share, at $14.75 per ADS for the aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $225 million.
- Closing date is September 16, 2024.
- The underwriters has a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,288,135 ADSs at the public offering price.
