内幕交易:重要股东、高管和董事的明显买卖

• A weekly summary of insider trading highlighting notable buying and selling by investors, directors and executives. The trades have taken place between 9th September and 13th September 2024.
 
• Southern Co ( NYSE:SO), the Atlanta-based utility firm, reported a recent transaction by its EVP & President of External Affairs, Anderson Bryan D. As disclosed on September 9th, 2024, Bryan sold a total of 6,565 shares of common stock at a price of $89.54 per share, totaling $587,830. Bryan now holds 44,467 shares of the company.
 
• Energy company, Marathon Oil ( NYSE:MRO) said in a filing that its Executive Vice President of Operations, Michael Henderson sold 38,000 common shares on September 10th, 2024 at $27.21 per share for a total transaction value of about $1M. Henderson now owns 76,828 shares.
 
• On 11th September, Ernie Herrman, CEO & President of  Massachusetts based retailer, TJX Companies ( NYSE:TJX), sold 15,000 shares at a price of $117.54 per share, totaling $1.8M. The transaction has adjusted CEO's holdings in the company to 536,148 shares following the sale.
 
• In a recent transaction, Brittany Bagley, CFO of Axon Enterprise ( NASDAQ:AXON), sold 4,338 shares of the company's common stock at $378.95 per share, resulting in a total sale value of approximately $1.6M. Following the transaction, Scott's direct ownership in the company stands at 98,825 shares.
 
• Abercrombie & Fitch ( NYSE:ANF) disclosed with SEC on 10th September that its Chief Digital & Tech Officer, Samir Desai sold about 19,041 shares of the company at a price of $131.36 per share, totalling $2.5M. This brings Desai’s total holdings in the company to 27,985 shares.
 
• In a series of transactions, John Barry, the Chief Executive Officer of Prospect Capital ( NASDAQ:PSEC), expanded his holdings in the company by purchasing its shares. Barry acquired 218,957 shares on 9th September, 750,000 common shares on 10th September, 473,030 shares on 11th September and 95,477 on 12th September. Following the transactions, Barry's direct holdings have increased to 71.4M shares.
 
• Dollar General ( NYSE:DG) Director Warren Bryant purchased 1,000 common shares of the company, according to a recent SEC filing. The price per share was $80.83 per share, totalling an investment of $80,825. Following these transactions, Bryant now owns a total of 42,030 shares in DG.
 
• Franklin Resources ( NYSE:BEN) revealed in an SEC filing that its 10% owner Charles Johnson purchased shares valued at nearly $1.9M. The transaction, filed on 13th September, 2024, involved Johnson acquiring 100,000 shares of common stock at a weighted average price of $19.08 per share. Following this acquisition, Johnson’s direct ownership in the company has increased to a total of 89.3M shares.
