Vizsla Silver宣布6500万美元收购交易融资

- Vizsla Silver (NYSE:VZLA) has entered into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity on behalf of itself and a syndicate of underwriters, pursuant to which they have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 25,000,000 common shares, at a price of $2.60 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $65M.
- The company has granted the underwriters an option, exercisable at the offering price for a period of 30 days after and including the closing of the offering, to purchase up to an additional 15% of the offering to cover over-allotments, if any.
- The offering is expected to close on or about September 19.
- VZLA -12.33% premarket to $1.92.
