CACI International将以12.8亿美元收购Azure Summit Technology

- CACI International (NYSE:CACI) said it will acquire Azure Summit Technology for $1.275 billion in an all-cash deal.
- Due to the deal, the firm expects to realize a tax benefit over the next 15 years, the present value of which is $194 million.
- The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025.
- “Azure Summit’s core capabilities and technology bolster CACI’s market-based strategy by expanding our offerings in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, electronic warfare, and signals intelligence across multiple domains, platforms and customer sets,” said CEO, John Mengucci.
