Momentus希望通过私募筹集280万美元;股价下跌

- Momentus (NASDAQ:MNTS) said it is looking to raise $2.8M through a private placement of 5M shares at $0.55 apiece.
- Shares fell 3.5% in premarket trade.
- The company has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with a single U.S. institutional investor.
- The firm has also agreed to issue to the investor class A common warrants to buy up to an aggregate of 10M shares and class B common warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 5M of shares.
- The class A common warrants will have an exercise price of $0.575, and the class B will have $0.575.
