Lazydays Holdings宣布任命Ronald Fleming为临时首席执行官

- Lazydays Holdings (NASDAQ:GORV) announced the appointment of Ronald Fleming to the role of interim CEO and director on September 14, 2024.
- This appointment came on the heels of John North's departure as CEO and director on September 13, 2024.
- Fleming joined Lazydays in 2013 and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing operations at Lazydays until August 2023.
- In connection with Fleming's new roles with the company, he will receive a stock option to purchase 1.5 million shares of the company's common stock at a purchase price per share of $2.00, subject to vesting conditions.
