Healthcare Realty宣布领导层变动，重申2024年指导方针

- Healthcare Realty Trust is reaffirming its 2024 guidance, and at the same time, advising of changes in its C-suite.
- The REIT sees normalized FFO per share $1.53-$1.58 for the year. Consensus is $1.55.
- Effective Oct. 1, the following executive changes will take place: Austen Helfrich will become interim CFO, succeeding Kris Douglas, who is leaving. Rob Hull will become COO.
- Ryan Crowley is advancing to EVP and CIO. Julie Wilson will become chief administrative officer.
