Sify科技将实施ADS比率变更

- Sify Technologies (NASDAQ:SIFY) Wednesday said that it would change the ratio of its American Depositary Shares to equity shares from the current ratio, where one ADS represents one equity share, to a new ratio, where one ADS will represent six equity shares.
- The ADS ratio change is expected to become effective on or about October 4, 2024, Sify (SIFY) said.
- The company’s ADSs will continue to be traded on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol “SIFY”, and a result of the ADS ratio change, the ADS price is expected to increase proportionally.
- SIFY is -3.65% to $0.43.
