Hims & Hers为军队和急救人员提供了每月99美元的减肥服务

- U.S. military personnel and veterans, as well as first responders, nurses, and teachers can get a compounded version of the GLP-1 medication semaglutide for as low as $99 a month from Hims & Hers Health (NYSE:HIMS).
- Semaglutide is the active ingredient found in Novo Nordisk's (NVO) weight loss med Wegovy and diabetes drug Ozempic.
- The discounted price is half the price that Hims & Hers said regular customers could pay when it started offering compounded semaglutide back in May.
- The offer is part of the virtual health care provider's Service Appreciation Initiative.
- Hims & Hers noted that self-reported data from 12,000 customers who have a subscription for compounded semaglutide found an average weight loss of 10.2 pounds.
